By downloading, installing, or using the Sehatica application and related services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Sehatica is a nutrition management platform for dietitians and their patients. The Service enables:

  • For Dietitians: Managing patients, creating personalized diet plans, tracking body composition, scheduling appointments, logging payments, and using AI-powered clinical tools
  • For Patients: Viewing diet plans, logging meals, tracking body composition, booking appointments, and chatting with an AI nutrition assistant

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

4. Health Disclaimer

Sehatica is not a medical service. The diet plans, workout programs, AI chat responses, nutrition information, and body composition tracking provided through the Service are for informational and general wellness purposes only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

Always consult with a qualified healthcare professional before making significant changes to your diet, especially if you have any pre-existing health conditions, allergies, or are taking medication.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Share your account credentials with third parties
  • Use automated means to access or scrape the Service

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of Sehatica and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

7. Dietitian-Patient Relationship

Sehatica facilitates the connection between patients and dietitians. The clinical relationship between you and your dietitian is independent of Sehatica. We are not responsible for the quality, accuracy, or suitability of any diet plans or advice provided by individual dietitians using our platform.

7b. Subscription Plans (Dietitians)

Dietitians access the platform through subscription plans. A free trial is provided upon registration. After the trial period, a paid subscription is required to continue using the Service. Subscriptions may auto-renew unless cancelled. We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to the Service or other users. You may also request deletion of your account at any time through our Account Deletion page.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sehatica shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Sehatica operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
