Request deletion of your Sehatica account and personal data
How to Delete Your Account
We respect your right to control your data. You can request deletion of your Sehatica account and all associated data using either of the following methods:
1 Via the Mobile App
- Open the Sehatica app
- Go to Profile (bottom navigation)
- Tap Settings
- Tap Delete Account
- Confirm the deletion when prompted
2 Via Email Request
Send an email to support@sehatica.com with:
- Subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
- The email address associated with your Sehatica account
- Your full name (for verification)
What Data Gets Deleted
When your account is deleted, the following data will be permanently removed:
Permanently Deleted
- ✕ Account profile & credentials
- ✕ Body composition records
- ✕ Diet plan assignments
- ✕ Meal modifications & preferences
- ✕ Food diary entries
- ✕ Workout plans & exercise data
- ✕ Appointment history
- ✕ Questionnaire responses
- ✕ AI chat history
- ✕ Notes & communications
- ✕ Push notification tokens
May Be Retained
- • Anonymized analytics data
- • Data required by law for record-keeping
- • Backup copies (auto-deleted within 30 days)
Processing Time
Account deletion requests are processed within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your account and data have been permanently deleted. During this period, your account will be deactivated and inaccessible.
Important Notes
- Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. All your data will be lost and cannot be recovered.
- If you have upcoming appointments, please cancel them before requesting deletion.
- Your professional (dietitian or trainer) will no longer have access to your records after deletion.
